With my present health condition, the doctors have advised me to lose weight through proper diet and exercise. By doing so, painful attacks of my gallbladder problem will be lessened. So, I decided to start a diet program that I have tested to effective. I am talking about the the Nestle Fitness 14-Day Show off your Shape Challenge. I, together with 3 other teammates joined and won the challenge in November 2009. The secret of our victory was a diet plan wherein two meals (breakfast and dinner) were replaced by a bowl of Nestle Fitness Whole Grain cereal with skim or low-fat milk and 1 piece of fruit.
