I cooked Chicken Alfredo for the very first time during my husband’s birthday last week. My folks really loved it!
With that said, let me share how simple it is to prepare this creamy pasta recipe. Preparation time is only 40 minutes.
You will need:
300g. chicken, breast fillet (grilled, sliced 1/4-inch thick)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cups milk, full cream
1 cup butter
2 cups whipping cream
1 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
1 tsp. salt
2 cups broccoli (blanched)
1 pack 500 g – Contadina Linguine (cooked)
Here’s how:
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Grill. Set aside
2. In a pan combine the milk, and butter. Simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Add the cream, parmesan cheese, and salt. Simmer for 2 minutes.
4. Toss the thinly sliced chicken, broccoli, and cooked Contadina Linguine. Serve.
