Haven't tried growing sunflowers yet. There seeds are edible when they're dried. Love eating the seeds, taste like pakwan seeds. Hope you can visit my Green Monday page too.

@Mel: yeah sunflower seeds taste good, and it contains Mono-unsaturated fats (MUFA) good for losing weight (daw) 🙂
