½ cup Low Fat Milk
1 hard boiled egg
1 fruit
coffee
Snack: None
Lunch: Steamed fish
1 cup soup
½ cup rice
1 fruit
Snack: Butter sticks
Dinner: ½ cup Nestle Fitness Original with
½ cup Low Fat Milk
½ cup soup
1 fruit

Trivia: I’ve found a fitness buddy at home, guess who? My 3 year old daughter Thea haha… She’s been eating my Fitnesse too- she calls it Cereals for Mommies. She also joined me on my 15 -minute exercise routine this morning.
